Shipping

Shipping will be € 6.95 on orders less than € 60 and free on the rest.

IMPORTANT: Only shipments are made to the Peninsula.

The products purchased by the User will be sent through the messaging service used by Tenda Celler Joan de la Casa. When ordering, the costs associated with each order will appear when making the purchase. For the sole purpose of processing the shipment of the order placed on the Tenda Celler Joan de la Casa Website, communication of the user's shipping details to the collaborating company of Tenda Celler Joan de la Casa that performs the services will be necessary. shipping.

The products will be sent to the address indicated by the User during the order. In order to optimize delivery, it would be advisable for the buyer to indicate an address where the order can be delivered on business days from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

If the carrier tries to deliver the package to you and there is no one to receive it, it will leave you a note stating the delivery attempt. The User must contact the transport agency as soon as possible through the telephone number that you will find in the note, in order to agree on a new delivery.

If in this second delivery there is no one to receive it, it will leave you a note again stating the second delivery attempt. Thereafter, your order will remain in the transportation agency's office for 7 days. After these days have elapsed, your order will be returned to our warehouse.

At the time they receive their package, the User must:

1. Check the conformity of the merchandise received at the time of delivery.

2. Indicate any anomaly in the delivery note, stating your reservations and including your signature.

3. The transport providers do not allow the return of the merchandise if the client opens it in his presence. However, the User may check the box from the outside and if he detects that the box is damp or wet, he must express his non-acceptance of the order.

Tenda Celler Joan de la Casa will not assume any responsibility for the consequences of possible delays in shipping.

Cancellations and returns

Users may withdraw their order without the need to justify their decision, in accordance with applicable Spanish legislation. To exercise this right, the User must send an email to info@joandelacasa.com, specifying "Right of withdrawal" as the subject and stating their name and surname and the order number to cancel. The maximum term that the User has to send their communication is 7 days from the date the User has received the products.

In the case of opting for the withdrawal within the established period, the User must return the products purchased in perfect condition (not handled or opened by the User), and properly protected and in their original packaging (the corresponding shipping costs will be borne by charge of the User *).

After verification by Tenda Celler Joan de la Casa of the good condition of the products, the amount corresponding to the units returned will be reimbursed, discounting 5% for the management of the return. In the event that the returned products are not in perfect condition, Tenda Celler Joan de la Casa reserves the right to deduct from the amount the market value of the product that does not meet these conditions, with a maximum of the purchase price. In both cases, Tenda Celler Joan de la Casa will use the same means of payment as the User for the initial payment, within a maximum period of 30 days from the withdrawal.
